All information collected on this website is strictly confidential and will be used only for the shipping of your order. Shipping time is independent of the production and processing time of each order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. Please note that delivery delays may occur, especially in remote areas, and these delays are beyond MaríaMaría's control. In such cases, we cannot offer compensation, as the responsibility lies with the courier.

If your package does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact FedEx at 55.5228.9904 using your order's tracking number. Select option 1, then option 2, and finally option 0.

In the event of a lost package, both the customer and MaríaMaría must complete the claim process by calling the assigned courier and filing a report, which can take up to a week. Once the process is complete, MaríaMaría will send a replacement package. If you prefer a refund, this will be in the form of a gift card valid for 90 calendar days.

The customer is responsible for tracking their package. If the package is returned to our workshop due to incorrect or missing information on the guide, the customer will be required to cover the cost of a new shipment.

Any adjustments related to delivery, such as changes to the address, delivery time or specifications, must be resolved directly with the assigned courier company.

All our deliveries leave from the city of Puebla, and shipping costs vary depending on the location, being calculated automatically.

Our Free Shipping policy DOES NOT apply to any products in the "Souvenirs / Bowling" collection. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping within Mexico:

• FedEx / Estafeta standard 3 - 6 business days: $160 MXN
• FedEx / Estafeta express 1 - 3 business days: $220 MXN
• Free shipping on purchases over $1,500 MXN applicable only to the standard shipping rate (2 - 6 business days). Does not apply to the "Souvenirs / Bowling" collection

Shipping to the rest of the world:

• FedEx / Estafeta / DHL: $990 MXN
