Do you have a physical store?

No, our store is online only.

What material are the pieces made of?

We have pieces made of different materials, from Gold Plate, Stainless Steel and .925 Silver, everything is specified in the technical sheet of each product.

If you have any questions about a particular product, contact us on Instagram and we will respond as quickly as possible.

What care should I take with my accessories?

Do not expose it to direct and constant contact with chemicals and/or liquids . Use your pieces after using beauty and/or personal care products.

  • Remember that sweat is an acid, so we recommend removing your pieces when exercising. The same goes for swimming pools or the sea.
  • Keep in mind that each person's pH is different and if yours is very acidic it can accelerate the oxidation process of the metal.
  • If your jewelry is made of high-strength wire, its color intensity may decrease over time if it is regularly exposed to chemicals/liquids such as those mentioned above.

Store it in a dry place - avoid humidity - and preferably in a place sealed from air and sunlight (although not too much! Because prolonged rest also causes oxidation)

What about .925 Silver pieces?

A superficial black layer will appear on your .925 Silver piece. Although this is common - even in the most carefully maintained pieces - due to the nature of its alloy (92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals) and its interaction with oxygen or sulfides, you can keep your piece in optimal condition with proper maintenance.

Recommendations:

1. Wash it with soap and water , remember to dry it very well with a cotton pad, rubbing gently to avoid scratching it.

2. Rub it with a jewelry polishing cloth to bring out the shine (Tip: 2-ply cloths work wonders).

3. If the above steps do not work, take it to your trusted jeweler to polish only the surface layer.

Can I order wholesale?

Yes, we have the perfect gifts for your events (Baptism, Birthday, Corporate Event, Graduation, First Communion, etc.)

How far in advance should I place my wholesale order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive and how can I track my order?

Express averages 1-3 business days.

Standard averages 3 to 6 business days.

It will also depend on the season and demand for the assigned parcel service.

Yes, you can track it with the order number and with your email account that you placed your order with, in the chat section that is in the lower left corner of our website, or track the tracking number that arrived in your email at FedEx or Estafeta .

If I live in Puebla, do I have to pay for shipping?

No, if you live in Puebla send us a WhatsApp with the items you are interested in buying, we make free deliveries in Sonata or we quote your delivery.

Payment must be made upon delivery, we accept transfers or deposits, otherwise the product will not be left without exception .

What are the payment methods?

Paypal, Mercado Pago, debit or credit card.

If you are in Puebla, payment can be made in cash but must be on delivery, otherwise the product will not be delivered to you, without exception.

What happens if I entered my shipping or email information incorrectly?

You must send us a WhatsApp as soon as possible .
